Package One
1st package includes:
One in person meeting or if need be, via phone call/ FaceTime
- One month before the wedding to discuss the following
- The rehearsal, final layout of venue, timelines, and anything else the bride and groom need from their coordinator/ planner
One hour of rehearsal
- Order of family, wedding party, bride and groom, etc.
- Start time as well as timing of music, song queues, etc.
Day of wedding
- Two hours of set up before ceremony starts
- Vendor management
- Before & during the ceremony; keeping everyone on a timeline and making sure everything runs smooth
This package does not include cocktail hour or reception but can be added on per request
Package Two
2nd Package includes:
Everything from first package including cocktail hour and reception
A total of eight hours of service
- Two hours of set up before ceremony with an additional six hours for cocktail hour and reception
Two in person meetings or if need be, via phone call or FaceTime
- Three months before the wedding to discuss the following
- All vendor information, timeline of the rehearsal and wedding day
- One month before the wedding to discuss the following
- The rehearsal, final layout of venue, timelines, and anything else the bride and groom need from their coordinator/ planner
A timeline creation for both rehearsal and wedding day
Floor plan of the venue
- Making sure all details are done for the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception
- Keeping the timeline ON TIME
- Making sure all details are included on tables, etc.
Package Three
3rd package includes:
Everything from the first and second packages
A total of ten hours of service
- Two hours of set up before ceremony with an additional 8 hours for cocktail hour and reception
- This can also be split up any other way you choose
Three in person meetings or if need be, via phone call or FaceTime
- Six months out from the wedding to discuss the following
- A checklist to stay stress free and organized throughout the wedding process, start to confirm wedding vendors, any other details or DIY, vision for wedding
- Three months before the wedding to discuss the following
- All vendor information, timeline of the rehearsal and wedding day
- One month before the wedding to discuss the following
- The rehearsal, final layout of venue, timelines, and anything else the bride and groom need from their coordinator/ planner

- All referrals are people that we have personally worked with before that are professional, reliable, punctual, and cost effective
A personalized checklist leading up to the wedding date. Coordinator/ planner will be in contact with the bride and groom the entire engagement/wedding process to help relieve stress, and answer ANY questions the bride and groom have. This checklist is to guarantee to keep you on track and organized in planning every detail of your big day.
Extra Fees
- The travel fee is .75 cents per mile
- An assistant fee for 85+ guests is $185.00
- An extra assistant (total of 2 assistants) for 185+ guests is $370.00
- Clean up/break down fee is a flat rate of $75.00
- Extra hours added on to any package is $60.00 an hour
